Mock Role Plays.
WHAT is it all about
Sales competitions are essential training tools and provide real-world experience for student competitors while participating in a 15-minute mock sales role play. Live feeds of the role play are viewed and critiqued by industry sales leaders (called Judges) in the Judging Rooms. The BSU Regional Sales Competition is the only competition which provides the added benefit of immediate feedback (debriefing) after a role play by an industry Judge. Industry Judges participate and network with up-and-coming sales talent from various universities through the Bowling and Billiards, Welcome Dinner, debriefs, and catered breakfast and luncheon.
In 2017:
10 universities brought 4 students to compete in one of two Divisions offered. Two students competed in Track 1, the inter-school competition. Track 2 also has the competitive element for the remaining 2 student competitors but focuses on development.
