Hotel and Meals
(paid by the competition)
Coaches and student competitors will have pre-assigned rooms at the Ball State Student Center hotel on Monday night, September 23, 2019. We have arranged to have overflow rooms at the Courtyard Muncie at the Horizon Convention Center. Free WiFi is available. Check-out by 11:00am. A designated area/room has been reserved for luggage storage until the conclusion of the competition for those staying at the Ball State Hotel.
The competition provides dinner at the Welcome (9/23) and breakfast and lunch the day of the competition (9/24). All meals are catered by University Banquet & Catering. For special dietary requests, please email Julie Eiser.

Awards
Monetary prizes are awarded for the competitors during the awards banquet at the conclusion of the competition.
First, second, and third places will be awarded to the top three competitors of Track 1 (competitive track). There will also be an award given to the highest rated Track 2 (developmental track) finishers which will be announced during the Awards ceremony.
