Deva Rangarajan
Deva Rangarajan, is an Associate Professor of Marketing and Director of the BSU Center for Professional Selling. He has a PhD in Marketing from the US and worked for 14 years at Vlerick Business School in Belgium. He was instrumental in setting up the first Sales Center at Vlerick Business School and together with three other schools, he set up the first European Sales Competition. His main areas of research include B2B Industrial Marketing, Sales Force and Key Account Management. He has worked closely with many companies to consult and deliver, customized workshops The list of multinational companies he has worked with include Schneider Electric, Siemens, Philips, Johnson and Johnson, Medtronic, Johnson Controls, Tosoh Bioscience, Doosan, Bekaert, Atlas Copco, AGC, SWIFT, Cummins, Vesuvius, etc. He has also developed and taught in executive programs on Sales Management and Key Account Management.

Ramon Avila
Ramon Avila is the George and Frances Ball Distinguished Professor of Marketing and the founding Director of the H.H. Gregg Center for Professional Selling. Ramon earned his bachelor's degree and MBA from Ball State University. He completed his PhD at Virginia Tech in 1984. Before coming to Ball State, Ramon worked with the Burroughs Corporation and has held two visiting professorships at the University of Hawaii and another at the Kelley School of Business at Indiana University. Ramon has won several academic and professional awards since 1987 and has also been recognized for his community service wtih the Jaycee's Distinguished Service Award and Outstanding Young Educator Award. His teaching focuses on industrial marketing and professional selling and sales management.

George Gannage
George Gannage is an Assistant Teaching Profession in the Department of Marketing at Ball State and serves as the Assistant Director of the Sales Center. He came to Ball State from Kennesaw State University in Atlanta where he served as an Assistant Professor of marketing. He worked at KSU for 15 years and has taught and mentored Sales students to compete in the NCSC. Dr. Gannage holds the following degrees: a B.B.A, M.A. and PhD in Marketing, and a Mini-MBA from Rutgers University. He has an extensive background in marketing both in industry and academia and was employed as a marketing manager for the 3M Company for 10 years prior to embarking on my teaching career. He has also been employed or consulted in the social media, publishing, advertising, architectural sign industry. Dr. Gannage completed his PhD in 2009 from North Central University, in Prescott Valley, AZ. His research areas of interest includes social media marketing, international marketing and advertising. George is the advisor for the BSU sales team and Pi Sigma Epsilon Chapter.

Julie Eiser
Julie Eiser is the Outreach Coordinator for the Center for Professional Selling. She joined the sales center team in 2016. She has spent over 25 years at Ball State University. She brings with her experience in customer service, retail, and banking. Julie is responsible for coordinating the BSU Regional Sales Competition logistics and sponsorships, Corporate Sales Center Partnerships, and the nations longest running and largest collegiate sales career fair in January each year. Julie is considered the gatekeeper in the sales center for companies.
